Paul Cooper, trading as Ku-ring-gai Driver Training and Assessments, works under a strict code of conduct.  As a signatory to the NSW Driver Trainers’ Association Code of Good Practice, which is recognised and accepted by the Roads and Maritime Services (RMS), you have peace of mind that you are dealing with a truly professional organisation.  In addition to those Codes of Good Practice Paul holds a “Working With Children”Certificate as issued by the Commission for Children and Young People¹ and abides by the following work ethics..

My licence is current and suitable for purpose
I acknowledge that I shall be responsible for driving and operating the vehicle in a safe and legal manner
I acknowledge that I shall be subject to questions and requests by you, the client and will comply or respond to your reasonable questions and/or requests in a professional manner
I acknowledge that I am responsible for instructing and carrying out all demonstrations in a safe and legal manner.
Where I am providing a vehicle for any session or part thereof I hereby state that it is registered and roadworthy for the purpose including the installation of certified dual controls; and that you, the driver so long as you follow and drive according to directions shall not be liable for the payment of any damage insurance excess or premium adjustment.
I acknowledge and respect you, your ‘personal space’ and privacy and I will behave in a professional way at all times².
